Edward Todd, c1900, half covered gold-filled chased cable twist design, 5 3/16 inches closed, while the pen is not marked it is most certainly Edward Todd, the quality and workmanship are second to none, #1 nib & feed are clearly original to the section and are a perfect fit, this pen is the same diameter as a Waterman #404, this is not a slim pen like a #402, Exc, $1200, Item #ET105
